• Driving directions from Renaissance to IBB (Venue):
  Drive North on West Peachtree for .2 miles
  Turn left onto 10th Street NW
  Travel west until you reach State Street
  Turn left onto State Street
  The Area 5 Visitor Parking deck will be on the left hand side
  It is less than a mile from the hotel to the workshop (.7 mile walking).

  Walk South on West Peachtree Street for .1 mile
  Turn right onto 5th street NW
  5th Street becomes Ferst Drive
  Petit Institute will be on the Right before you reach Atlantic Drive

• Tech Trolley:
  There is also a free Tech Trolley that goes past the hotel and the IBB building. Catch the trolley across the street from the hotel at the Historic Academy of Medicine and get off at the Atlantic/Ferst stop. Tech Trolley map

  This hotel does not provide shuttle service.

• Taxi
  Flat Rate zone from the Airport to Midtown Atlanta is $32 for one passenger, and $2 more for additional passengers. Shared Ride Van Upon arrival, follow signs to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage. Proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative. The counter is located in the Domestic Terminal's south-side baggage claim area, in the corridor immediately to the left of the escalator from the inter-terminal train. The ticket counter is staffed from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily. If for any reason you need assistance locating a representative, or if you have any questions, please call 1-800-258-3826 (800 BLUE VAN) for assistance. Shared ride van service is $18.50 for the first passenger and $10 for each additional passenger.

• Public Transportation
  The Atlanta airport has a MARTA station for public transportation. All trains leaving the airport will go north. Stay on the train until you reach Midtown station. Exit at Midtown station for the Renaissance, which is two blocks from the station. Walk west for 1/2 block to West Peachtree Street NW and turn left. Pass 8th Street and the Renaissance will be on your right. Fares are $2.50 for a one-way trip.
