Call for Participation:

The workshop includes distinguished invited speakers, and solicits original contributions for presentations. A 2-page abstract (suitable for publication in workshop proceedings) should be e-mailed to any of the workshop organizers by November 30, 2001. Notification of acceptance and the final program will be determined by year's end.
