This package includes:

A paper on Mining Blog Streams
C code for basic count-min sketch and change detection (in subdirectory Change)
Java code for frequent items detection in text streams (in directory LossyCounting)

The code for the basic count-min sketch was enhanced in 2004; the code for change detection was primarily done and finished in 2004.
