They are, indirectly. All drei96@dimacs.rutgers.edu mail is forwarded
to drei-general@forum.swarthmore.edu for archiving at the Forum and
reposting to the news://av.rutgers.edu/drei.general newsgroup.

You can check this by doing an EXPN of drei96 on the SMTP port at
dimacs.rutgers.edu.
