All registrations must be prepaid with a credit card (VISA/Mastercard accepted) or echeck at the time of registration.

Registration fees include participation in the main conference (Dec 13-15) and the tutorial day (Dec 12), as well as breakfast, lunch, breaks and any scheduled social events (if applicable) during the main conference days (Dec 13-15). .
