Registration fee payable online in advance - required to secure a spot. Latecomers can pay on site, in cash, check (payable to Rutgers University), or VISA/Mastercard. Latecomers will be allowed to register provided space is available.
Registration fees include participation in the workshop, all workshop materials, breakfast, lunch, and breaks. The registration fees are to defray the cost of food.
** Fees for employees and students of DIMACS partner institutions are waived. DIMACS partner institutions are: Rutgers University, Princeton University, AT&T Labs - Research, Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs, Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ), NEC Research Institute and Telcordia Technologies. Fees for employees of DIMACS affiliate members Avaya Labs, Georgia Institute of Technology, HP Labs, IBM Research, Microsoft Research, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Stevens Institute of Technology are also waived. Fees for CCICADA partner institutions are waived. CCICADA partner institutions are: Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs, AT & T Labs- Research, Carnegie Mellon, City College of New York, Geosemble Technologies, Howard University, Morgan State University, Princeton University, Regal Decision Systems, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Rutgers University , Telcordia Technologies, Texas Southern University, Tuskegee University, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Massachusetts-Lowell, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and University of Southern California.
***DIMACS long-term visitors who are in residence at DIMACS for two or more weeks inclusive of dates of workshop.
Attendees who have been offered support should keep two rules in mind. Reimbursement for air travel can only be made for travel on US Flag Carriers, REGARDLESS OF COST. (For example, travel on airlines such as United, Continental, USAir, and others that are United States based are allowable. Travel on airlines such as Lufthansa, SAS, Air Canada and other airlines based outside the US cannot be reimbursed by DIMACS.)
The second rule to keep in mind is to get original receipts for all reimbursable expenses.
