  The primary hotels where workshop participants will be staying are the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick and the Rutgers Inn and Conference Center.
  If you have been offered travel support by the workshop organizers, please communicate with Kelly Quesnelle before making any reservations.
  For this workshop, we are unable to reimburse reservations that were not made by DIMACS.

  All registrations must be prepaid with a credit card (VISA/Mastercard accepted) at the time of registration.

  Registration fees include participation in the workshop, all workshop materials, breakfast, lunch, breaks, the workshop banquet on Tuesday and any scheduled social events (if applicable).

  * College/University faculty and employees of non-profit organizations will automatically receive the reduced rate. All participants may apply for a reduction of fees. They should email their request for the reduced fee to the Workshop Coordinator at workshop@dimacs.rutgers.edu. Include your name, the Institution you work for, your job title and a brief explanation of your situtation. All requests for reduced rates must be received before the preregistration deadline. You will promptly be notified as to the decision about it.

  ** Fees for employees and students of DIMACS partner institutions are waived. DIMACS partner institutions are: Rutgers University, Princeton University, AT&T Labs - Research, Applied Communication Sciences, NEC Laboratories America and Nokia Bell Labs. Fees for employees of DIMACS affiliate partners Avaya Labs, Columbia University, Georgia Institute of Technology, HP Labs, IBM Research, Microsoft Research, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Stevens Institute of Technology and Yahoo Labs are also waived.

• Parking: Parking has been confirmed for the workshop in Lot 26, behind the Student Center, and Lot 30, behind the Gym. Visitors may park in Lots 26 & 30 without permits.
