  All registrations must be prepaid with a credit card (VISA/Mastercard accepted) at the time of registration.

  Registration fees include participation in the workshop, all workshop materials, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and the workshop mixer.

  * Participants from any institution may apply for a reduction of fees to the academic rate. To do this, you should email your request to the organizers at bff2016@stat.rutgers.edu. Include your name, the institution you work for, and a brief description of your interest in the topic. All requests for reduced rates must be received before the preregistration deadline. We will respond promptly with a decision.

  **DIMACS long-term visitors who are in residence at DIMACS for two or more weeks inclusive of dates of workshop.

  Parking permits will be available at the registration table on the day of the workshop.

  Please park in lot 64 located between the CoRE Building and the Werblin Recreation Center.

• Important Reimbursement Information

  Attendees who have been offered travel support should keep several rules in mind.

  • DIMACS is only able to reimburse travel that complies with the Fly America Act. In many cases this requires travel on US flag carriers, regardless of cost.
  • Only coach-class travel by air or train can be reimbursed. (We, therefore, cannot reimburse travel on Amtrak Acela.)
  • You will need to provide original receipts for all reimbursable expenses.
  • If you have questions on reimbursement of travel, please contact the DIMACS Financial Assistant before purchasing tickets.
